Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Policy

What are your estimated shipping times?

USA: Between 3 to 5 working days.

Canada: Between 6 to 10 working days.

Europe: Between 6 to 10 working days.

Australia: Between 6 to 10 working days.

Rest of the World: Between 3 tp 25 buiness days.

Bold Soul Designs will always attempt to meet these shipping estimates, but there can be delays due to postal issues that are completely out of our control.

Your delivery times will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Even though we are constantly working to minimize the delays, due to the current pandemic, orders can be delivered slower than usual.

Will I be charged taxes/customs fees for my order?

Occasionally, additional customs and tax fees may occur on orders outside of the USA. Since each country’s customs policy is different, We can’t cover these fees at checkout. Please check with your local customs office or on their website directly to see if they apply duties & taxes to your purchases.

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

What if my order never arrived?

Please check with your local postal office since yor ocal postal office might have received your order and is being held by them or customs. Usually postal offices will keep your order for 15 working days.

If your order seems to be lost in the mail, be sure to let us know immediately. But before you do, make sure you check the shipping confirmation email you received when you placed your order, and check that you entered the correct shipping address.

Do you accept Returns or Exchanges?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in it's original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and must be received within 30 days of delivery.  All returns will be credited to original form of payment and may take up to 30 days depending upon your form of payment.
